Please read the terms very carefully before booking.

Booking and Payment:

• Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of 20% of total booking value.
• Full payment is required 30 days prior to the commencement of hire.
• Payment method is via direct bank transfers.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the hire start date receive a full refund minus an administration fee of £30.
• Cancellations made within 30 days of the hire start date are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost of the hire.

Security Deposit:

• A security deposit of £1000 is required upon collection of the campervan.
• The deposit covers any damage, loss, or theft of equipment during the hire period.

Insurance:

• All campervans are insured with comprehensive insurance.
• The insurance excess amount of £500 is payable in the event of any damage, loss, or accident.

Driver Requirements:

• 2 named drivers are included in the policy.
• All drivers must be between the ages of 23 and 75 years old.
• The driver must have held a full UK or EU licence for a minimum of two years.
• The driver must not have had their licence suspended for any period within the last three years.
• The driver has not been involved in more than one fault incident within the last three years.
• The driver has no more than two convictions with a maximum of 3 points per conviction.
• The driver has not obtained a BA,DD or UT conviction.
• Every driver must provide their driving license and 2 utility bills dated within 3 month of the hire.

Use of Vehicle:

• Driving is permitted only on paved and well-maintained roads; off-road driving is strictly prohibited.
• Smoking, vaping and pets are not allowed inside the campervan.

Return of Vehicle:

• The campervan must be returned in the same condition as it was hired.
• Late returns may incur additional charges.
• The campervan must be returned with a full tank of fuel.

Breakdown and Repairs:

• In case of breakdown, Tweedle Dee Campers will provide assistance via their breakdown service (RAC).
• Repairs must not be carried out without prior approval.

Liability:

• Tweedle Dee Campers is not liable for any personal injury or loss of personal belongings during the hire period.
